With a great situation like this - you won't need to worry about going out there and trying to convince anybody of anything for this business. All of the "heavy-lifting" is done for you already.
But - that doesn't mean that you wouldn't want to be out there sharing the good word about this company rotator system. I mean.. yes, people say they "can't recruit" but it gets easier to show to others and get them to believe if they know that they won't have to recruit.
In other words, using the company rotator is great to do - but you also want to use it as a marketing topic to get others to more easily want to get involved. Their argument might be "I can't sponsor" and your response to them is "you don't have to sponsor" but in all actuality they probably could sponsor a whole lot easier if they were able to tell their people about how they don't "have to" sponsor to get their team built-up.
The best way to build this out is to get your people that you personally-sponsor into AdPackPro to register for the company rotator, themselves. This not only puts them into gear with their business growth but every new person that the company spits into your person's first-level will fall into your 2nd level.
Oh yeah - I guess I should mention what this means to you. You see... you get paid 11% on your first level and 7% on your second level - every time somebody re-purchases an adpack for $25. This can get to the point where you are generating real-time commissions daily, multiple times per day, even hourly or more.
At $25 per adpack - this means that every single time that a person on your 1st level goes and purchases an adpack (or re-purchases out of their own profits in the back office) you would earn $2.75. Also, you earn $1.75 if (when) a person on your 2nd level makes their adpack purchase.
This is the most generous compensation plan I have ever seen. We could have money coming out of our ears if we take this business seriously. All you need to do now is get others to understand the power of buying adpacks at AdPackPro and then getting your downline (1st level especially) to get into the AdPackPro company rotator.
Don't get me wrong - you want them in the rotator no matter what level below you. The bigger their team the more adpacks they will be able to re-purchase and the money works it way up to you. So even if they are on 3rd, 4th, 5th level down from you that is a good thing.
